How credits work
One credit, one document.
A credit covers the full analysis of a standard document — up to roughly 35 pages. Larger files count as 2–4 credits based on their extracted size, and you see the exact credit count for your data room after upload, before anything runs. Failed extractions never cost credits.
Analysis is all-inclusive.
Every credit buys the full pipeline: 25 specialist agents, cross-document checks, workstream summaries and the overall deal recommendation. No add-ons for the core work.
Premium deliverables are 2 credits.
Board Deck, IC Memo, Financial Databook, Risk Register — each is 2 credits, drawn from the same balance. The Deal Snapshot is always free.
Chat has generous allowances.
Every pack includes chat messages, and your monthly service fee refreshes more each month. Beyond that, additional chat is $30 per 100 messages — always with your consent before any top-up.
